PROFI^m, as Poland’s first manufacturer of office chairs, received a quality system certificate in 2000, compatible with ISO 9001 standards in: “design, manufacture, sale and service of office furniture/components". In 2009 this certificate was replaced by the ISO 9001:2008 certificate, awarded to PROFI^m by the German company DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen mbH), member of IQNet (The International Certification Network).

The most important aspect of the quality management system based on the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard is client orientation – precise recognition of customer demand, the desire to meet his needs and gauging level of product purchase/use satisfaction.

The PROFI^m Quality System helps to supervise and perfect the Company in all business aspects, in particular in:

1. New product design.
2. The manufacturing process – planning, manufacture and product control.
3. Co-operation of raw material suppliers for production purposes – the principles of choice, requirements and co-operation aimed at improving the quality of the raw materials supplied.
4. Sale – the customer order system and on time supply of goods to the customer.
5. Warranty and post-warranty services.
