Metal Department The first stage in the production process is the making of a metal frame. This is achieved with the help of precise numerically controlled machines: benders and automatic welders joining individual elements together with a great accuracy. Thanks to fully automated steel processing, metal elements can be made with utmost precision and care. |

Chrome-plating Department The production line in the Chrome-plating Department is made up of machines designed for hang-type plating of steel elements. The machines operate automatically, which means that all process parameters, e.g. bath temperature, process and bath time, as well as the motion of transport trucks with metal frames, are controlled by a computer. Superb machine efficiency, large charge mass and surface, coupled with the possibility of using several types of galvanic coating enable meeting the expectations of even the most demanding customers. |

Painting Department One of Poland’s most technologically advanced painting departments, made up of modern machinery including a preliminary spray tunnel, firing and drying furnaces, dielectric chamber for powder paint application and a 450 m long chain conveyor. Controlled by an intelligent application, they perform all set operations in a precise manner. The process ensures, above all, high efficiency combined with optimum utility and powder paint consumption levels along with high product quality. |

Molded Foam Department The next factory department specializes in pouring foam used for making chair seat and backrest parts. Our foam has appropriately selected technical parameters and meets relevant hygiene requirements. The injection-based foam pouring machine makes it possible to create individually designed, ergonomically shaped and load-resistant elements, which markedly improves the quality and comfort of use of the finished product. Polyurethane foam production consists in combining liquid substances which, as a result of complex chemical reactions, expand in volume forming a cellular structure and becoming a material with desired physical and mechanical properties (hardness, density, elasticity, tear resistance).
The seat and backrest sections are then upholstered. |

Assembly Department
And now comes the final assembly of the finished product in the required finishing and with suitably selected details. This stage closes the manufacturing process.Upholstering and assembly are the final stages of finished product manufacturing. We offer a wide range of upholstery materials, including top-quality grain leather and refined fabrics with exquisite textures and a great variety of colours. We buy our upholstery from reliable suppliers, making sure it is featured with the best characteristics: high resistance to abrasive wear, pilling, colour fastness to light or slow-burning qualities. |
