FAIR OF FURNITURE AND FURNISHING

Participation of PROFIm in the Poznań International Fair became a sort of tradition. The fact that it is present at the Fair for the tenth time is another opportunity to present new products and to meet with partners. The Fair also serves as a forum for exchange of ideas and information.

This year our exposition designed by Adam Lorenc attracted the visitors with its eye-catching, modern architecture. It has also gained attention from the Jurors of the Fair, who awarded the exposition the PIF Gold Medal. The purpose of the design, commissioned by the Company and realized by the designer was to create enjoyable surroundings for negotiations. It was reflected by the closed two-tier structure of the stand, similar to an office building.
The exposition was divided into two separate areas: one area comprised a café-like meeting place and the other contained a gallery of chairs. Unique atmosphere at the exposition was created by background music and pulsating lighting, matching character of each chair model. Colorful "flower spheres", which presented upholstery fabrics, also added to the general outlook of the stand. Another captivating element of the exposition were chair casters attached to mirrors on external walls of the stand. The entire exposition, set in Company`s colors - red and black, emphasized the prestige and expertise of the Company.

The Fair is a good opportunity to present new collection of products. This year we presented four families of chairs and armchairs, separate, as they were developed by different designers, and yet common, as they comprise a general trend started in 1999. The new collection is characterized by bold, somewhat avant-garde design, unique combination of structural elements, attention paid to upholstered details and fitness to current functional demands (e.g. "open space" office).
