ISO 9001:2000The ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for “design, manufacture, sale and service of office furniture and its components", was awarded in November 2003 by the German company DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen mbH) member of IQNet (The International Certification Network). The certificate for management system compliance with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard replaced the ISO 9001 certificate issued in 2000. The most important aspect of the quality management system based on the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard is client orientation – precise recognition of customer demand, the desire to meet his needs and gauging level of product purchase/use satisfaction. An effective quality system may only be guaranteed if the entire team works together, in particular with the commitment of the company’s top management, being responsible for quality policy and strategic development.
