QUALITY STANDARDS ISO 9001Our Company's pursuit of continuous self-improvement and customer satisfaction was crowned in 2000 by the implementation of the quality system conformant with ISO 9001 standards in terms of "design, production, sales and service of office furniture and its elements". The Certificate was granted in November 2000 by a German company, DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen mbH), IQNet member (International Network of Certifying Organizations). Effective implementation and maintenance of the quality system is possible only with the commitment of the whole personnel, particularly top management that determines the Company's quality policy and development strategy: Quality Policy PROFIm Sp. z o.o.
