10TH ANNIVERSARY PROFImThe year 2001 is truly special to PROFIm Company as it is a jubilee year. 10 years ago, exactly on January 12, 1991, PROFI Company was registered and today it is one of the biggest Polish producers of office chairs. On January 12 this year on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Company's foundation a solemn ceremony was held in Turek during which also ISO 9001 Certificates were presented. Over 200 guests were invited to the ceremony, including employees, customers and suppliers, partner companies, representatives of the authorities of the province, district and the town of Turek, as well as media agents. The official part was opened by the Board's President, Ryszard Rychlik, who welcomed everyone present in the name of the Company's owners. The President briefly reviewed 10 years' history of the Company, emphasizing its dynamic development and strong position on the office furniture market. A joyous moment highlighting 10 years of the Company's business was the honoring of the employees of merit. The honored were presented by the Company's owners with jubilee diplomas and monetary rewards for 8-9 years' cooperation and commitment to its development. The official part continued with the Board's Proxy for Quality Management System, Grzegorz Dybus, speaking about the whole process of implementing the quality management system in PROFIm. He described individual stages of system implementation and outlined the objectives of quality policy. The next item of the anniversary meeting was the solemn presentation of DQS and IQNet Certificates that confirmed the implementations and the applied Quality Management System and fulfilled the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard requirements. A representative of a German DQS certifying company, Jerzy Zgierski-Strumiłło, handed over both ISO 9001 Certificates to the Board's President, Ryszard Rychlik, and Vice-President, Ryszard Kaczmarek. At the end of the official part the Company's owners accepted congratulations and appreciation. The performance of "ELITA" cabaret added splendor to the ceremony. The whole event was concluded with a banquet combined with photo exhibition entitled "10 YEARS OF PROFIm". |
