PURPOSE OF PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) is to indicate the rules and actions in the field of collection, processing and protection of personal data collected via our website (www.profim.pl), as well as to indicate the rules of the use of cookies by us.

We choose technical and organizational measures with the utmost care, to ensure the highest possible protection to your personal data. In particular, we protect your personal data against unauthorized access, as well as other cases of disclosure, loss or unauthorized modification.

We process your personal data in order to:

  1. answer to inquiries sent to us via the form available on our website,

  2. perform agreements (order execution, settlements, communication),

  3. handle complaints and your possible claims,

  4. our legitimate interest (e.g. in the case of the need to defend against claims filed against us),

  5. send marketing information to you - only if you agreed to it.

We process the following categories of your personal data:

  3. phone number.

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  1. entities involved in tax and accounting services for our company,

We process your data obtained in connection with the inquiry received until the process of your inquiry is finally completed.

We process your data obtained in connection with the performance of the agreement until the end of the claim limitation period, that may potentially arise from the agreement, and in the case of data required by tax law - for a period resulting from the applicable provisions of law.

However, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest until you file an objection.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:

    • you have the right to obtain from us, in particular, information about purposes and grounds for personal data processing, scope of data held, entities to which they are transferred and planned date of data deletion,

  2. the right to access and receive copies of your data

    • you have the right to receive copies of your data processed,

  3. the right to rectify (correct) personal data

    • you have the right to request us to remove any discrepancies or errors concerning your data, as well as to request their supplements or updates - if they are incomplete or out of date,

  4. the right to limit personal data processing

    • you have the right to request us to cease to perform certain operations on personal data)

  5. the right to delete personal data

    • you have the right to request us to delete data, the processing of which is no longer necessary to pursue any of the purposes for which they were collected (the so-called “right to be forgotten”),

  6. the right to transfer personal data

    • you can ask us to transfer your personal data directly to another controller (if it is technically possible),

  7. the right to object to personal data processing

    • in relation to personal data which we process on the basis of our legitimate purpose (e.g. in relation to data processed by us for marketing purposes), you can object at any time (you do not have to justify your objection),

  8. the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing

    • if personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed before the withdrawal of your consent),

  9. the right to complain

    • if you feel that we process your personal data in violation of the GDPR provisions or provisions of other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Your application should, if possible, precisely indicate the subject of request. If we are unable to identify the person submitting the application or determine the content of the request, we will ask the applicant for additional information.

The application will be answered within one month from the date of its receipt. If it is necessary to extend this deadline, we will inform you about the reasons for such extension.
