The office realized by Maya Baklan design studio is a true amalgamation of art, history, and contemporary work needs, designed with Profim's furniture. Constructed with the intent to lease, this renovation project relied on a collective understanding of previous clients' needs, modern trends, and extensive experience with old building structures.

Despite the 14-month long renovation period filled with unexpected challenges, the project adhered to its initial budget, creating an office that's as practical as it is inspiring.

Furnished with Profim's sleek, functional designs, the office accommodates 42 workplaces, including 6 offices, 3 meeting rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower room, a server room/storage room, a multifunctional library dubbed the "zone of silence", and an open terrace.

This office transcends traditional work environments, offering spaces for quiet work, meetings, informal conversations, events, and even a tech-equipped bar area.

A notable addition to this creative space is Profim's LightUp chair, a piece of furniture that stands out for its modern, ergonomic design. It beautifully blends into the various zones of the office, offering a blend of comfort and style that enhances the overall aesthetic and functionality of the workplace.

The office also features the AcosPro chair from Profim as the visitors' chair. This model, recognized for its outstanding comfort and sleek design, makes a strong impression on visitors, while also maintaining the harmonious integration of functional elegance that defines the rest of the workspace.

Its combination of history, art, and modern work needs create an office space that's as versatile as it is captivating.
