Noli Studios is a brand offering apartments in a co-living / serviced living model, developed by the Scandinavian investment fund Nrep. Noli projects combine private living spaces with a wide range of shared areas designed for work, meetings, and everyday activities of residents.
In the project located in the historic Red Barracks building, workspaces play a particularly important role. They were designed as calm, functional offices and places for focused work that complement the character of the revitalised 19th-century architecture. The interior features Normo chairs, whose universal design works well in both office and shared environments, supporting everyday comfort and usability.
