Creating user-friendly chairs

All our products are designed to improve working conditions. Our furniture is equipped with advanced mechanisms to fit the personalised needs of users. Our solutions fulfil both health and safety requirements. This in turn affects everyday comfort at work and correct posture.

Why is this so important?

Contrary to popular belief, the human body is poorly adjusted to working in a seated position. Incorrect posture can lead to back pain. For everyday sedentary work, movement, and the ability to change position, are essential. Our products allow not only for full adjustment and personalization, but also stimulate dynamic sitting, which activates the abdominal and spinal muscles.

A healthy workspace at home

We spend more and more time at home. This is our safe haven, which often acts as an office, school, restaurant, or stationary playground. In today’s world, remote work has also increasingly become the norm. A home office should be a healthy and functional space, key aspects of which are the right temperature and fresh air in the room, proper lighting, and the ability to cut off from surrounding noise, and above all a comfortable chair and desk, at which you will spend at least part of every day.

How to work well?

  1. Adjust the chair to your needs (seat height, armrests). To support the lumbar spine, position the backrest of the chair accordingly.
  2. Position your elbows and forearms on the desktop. Place the keyboard and mouse close to the edge to avoid unnecessary slouching. Look straight ahead at the monitor, set it at eye level.
  3. Allow yourself rest breaks. Eyes should have a small break even every 20 minutes. Choose a point 5-6 metres away to focus on for 20 seconds. Get up from the chair 2-3 times per hour for 30-60 seconds. Add stretching or walking around the room to your daily routine.
